At Bed&More, we use only the finest fabrics such as Egyptian cotton, linen, and certified organic cotton. These materials are carefully chosen for their breathability, softness, and long-lasting performance.
3. How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple and secure:

- Add your chosen items to the cart
- Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details
- Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order number and tracking information
4. How do I care for my bedding?
Care instructions are provided with each product. In general:
- Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
- Tumble dry on low heat
- Avoid bleach or fabric softeners to maintain fabric integrity
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. At checkout, available options and rates will appear based on your location. Please note that delivery times and customs fees may vary.
6. When will I receive my order?
- Domestic (Egypt): 3–5 business days

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
7. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Please note: custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
8. How do I request a return or exchange?

9. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Upon inspection and approval of the returned items, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
10. Can I modify or cancel my order?
You may cancel or edit your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our team. Once your order is processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
11. Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?
