REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Bed&More, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If your purchase does not meet expectations, we are here to assist you.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• In complete original packaging, including premium boxes and protective elements
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
As part of our luxury presentation, packaging is considered part of the product. Returns without complete packaging cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Pillows and inserts
• Duvet inserts
• Mattress toppers
• Used or washed items
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 48 hours at support@bedn-more.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will promptly arrange a suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
• Card payments are refunded to the original method within 7–10 business days.
• Cash on Delivery orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order once approved. Exchanges are subject to availability.
